Not Eligible for Refund
- Refund requests after the 7-day period
- Subscription renewals (you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges)
- Previous refund already received for ViralCloner
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Dissatisfaction with third-party services (AI providers, social platforms)
- Changes to features that were announced in advance
How to Request a Refund

Receive Confirmation
We'll verify your eligibility and respond within 24-48 hours
Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Refund Processing

Subscription Cancellation
If you don't want to continue your subscription but don't qualify for a refund, you can cancel at any time:

- Navigate to Subscription settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
Cancelling your subscription does not trigger an automatic refund. Please contact support if you wish to request a refund.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us for refund requests before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks:
- Take significantly longer to process (30-90 days)
- May result in immediate account suspension
- May affect your ability to use ViralCloner in the future
In most cases, contacting our support team leads to faster resolution.
Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside the standard policy in certain circumstances:
- Extended service outages caused by our systems
- Significant feature removals that affect your use case
- Medical emergencies or hardship (reviewed case-by-case)
